  The last two times I ordered here were bad experiences. The first of these two instances-inordered pizza, I regretted it. Awful sub-par pizza, lacked ingredients, especially cheese, worse pizza sauce recipe in town. In all honesty, the two for one pizzas in the area were better, and I don't remember Napoli pizza being this awful, they must have changed cook or recipe or I got a five year old making a pizza the night I ordered. Second instance in which I ordered that lead me to posting this, I ordered two white club sandwiches with Poutine, my usual order. I generally love their Poutine because of the gravy. This time was awful. They drowned my Poutine and the gravy tasted like someone dropped an entire bottle of salt in it. The fries tasted like they had been rebuked in the container rather then made fresh. And the flavour was not from being in the container for a lengthy period of time, it was truly from being reheated. Reheated Poutine, is disgusting. The tomatoes were old and discolouring as well. The worst part of my experience was during payment- I paid interact on delivery. When I was handed the machine it was on a screen requesting if I wanted to give either 15%, 20% or 25% tip. I never had the option to pick how much myself, and honestly on delivery I usually opt for 10%. If this happens again, call me cheap but a tip is at a clients discretion and should not be forced to the degree it was during my order. I've been ordering clubs from Napoli for eight years. Never again, I'd rather pay slitly more and go somewhere where the food and quality has a proper standard.
